Prepare the sale

Select products or enter a one-off item and price. Add the customer’s email if you want to send a receipt, then check the total.

Share the checkout

Create a payment link or QR code. Your customer opens it on their phone. Check the payment status before treating the sale as paid.

Can I accept real payments straight away?

You can receive real payments once your payment provider and payment methods are activated and your shop is set to Live. Connect your own HustlePay account in payment settings. Test mode lets you try the payment flow without transferring money.

What if a payment is still pending?

Open the sale and check its latest status. Wait for a confirmed payment before marking the sale as complete. If it stays pending, contact support with the sale reference; avoid creating a second charge for the same purchase.
